All four houses sit within ten to twenty minutes of the National Park, in Sheffield or Chesterfield. You get the whole house — one table, one kitchen, everybody together — rather than a row of hotel rooms.
Every house has a dedicated desk and high-speed Virgin Media wifi at 206–268 Mbps, good for video calls all day. Self check-in by lockbox means late arrivals are no trouble at all.
City Oaks has three lockable bedrooms each with its own key, a desk in two of them, and off-road parking. Brampton Terrace and Chatsworth Terrace are close neighbours in the same S40 postcode, so a larger crew can take both and still eat together — twelve-person capacity across the two.
Settle into the area properly before you commit to a postcode. A washing machine, a desk and parking at every house, and we can hold your belongings at a secure location while you're with us.

If you're moving out while your home is repaired, or between houses on relocation, the accommodation is only half the problem. The other half is furniture — and a two-bedroom house doesn't have room for two households' worth.
We can hold guests' belongings at a secure location for the length of the stay, and hand them back when the house is ready. One phone call, both problems solved.
The outbuildings are insured, but you will need your own contents insurance for your belongings.

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. If you need to arrive later in the evening that is no problem at all — self check-in means there is nobody you need to meet.
Every house has a lockbox for flexible self check-in. Your code is sent to you 24 hours before arrival. You will have full access to the whole property for the length of your stay.
Yes. All guests complete a short online check-in form before arrival. This covers ID verification and a £250 refundable security deposit hold.
Yes — pets are welcome at all four houses. There is an additional fee of £30 per stay to cover the extra cleaning.
